Yes — it’s one of our most common jobs. We use an enzyme treatment that breaks down the odour at its source rather than masking it with fragrance. Old, repeated accidents can need a second pass; we’ll tell you honestly on inspection.
Yes. Leather gets a different process to fabric — a gentle hand clean and conditioning treatment, no steam. It lifts grime and body oils without drying or cracking the hide.
Most, but not all. We fabric-test every couch before we start. Delicate or moisture-sensitive fabrics get a low-moisture dry clean instead — same result, safer method.
