Local service
Salisbury Downs is a northern suburb west of the Salisbury town centre, around the Hollywood Plaza shopping centre and close to Paralowie and Parafield Gardens. It is a well-established area of family homes and units, mostly built from the 1970s onwards, with a large community of young families, renters and long-term owners.
A typical Salisbury Downs living room has one main fabric couch or modular that the whole household shares, often in a darker grey or charcoal chosen to hide marks, sometimes with a matching recliner or a kids' armchair alongside. In rental homes we also see older lounges that came with the house or were bought second-hand, and that need a proper clean before a family moves in or before a bond inspection.
The common jobs here are family and rental ones: food, juice and milk spills, toilet-training and pet accidents, kids' texta, and the dark, shiny patches that build up on seats and arms from everyday use. End-of-lease cleans are frequent too, where a couch needs to look and smell fresh for the inspection or for the next tenants.
We pre-treat each type of mark with the right chemistry, since food, ink and urine all need a different approach, then fully extract the couch so it finishes evenly instead of leaving clean spots next to dull patches. Where there has been a urine accident we treat the cushion foam, not just the cover, so the smell does not come back. For end-of-lease jobs we can usually work to your inspection date, and we use pet and child-safe products as standard.

Salisbury Downs questions
Yes. Tell us your inspection date when you book. Most fabric couches are dry within three to six hours, so a clean the day before, or the morning of, usually works.
Not if the foam underneath is treated. A smell that returns after cleaning usually means only the cover was cleaned. We use an enzyme treatment that works through into the cushion foam, where the odour actually sits.
