Blackwood is a hills suburb at the southern edge of the metro, bushy and elevated around the Blackwood roundabout, where houses sit among gum trees on cooler, damper high ground. It has a distinctly different climate to the plains below — shadier, wetter, and slower to dry out.

Visible mould in upholstery needs more than a surface clean — we treat it with an anti-microbial process that kills the mould rather than just wiping it around, then clean and dry the piece thoroughly. Mould grows back if the moisture stays, so the drying afterwards is critical, and that is exactly what we manage.
