Fullarton questions
Yes. These fabrics need a low-moisture method rather than a heavy steam clean, because the viscose, linen and cotton in many blends can shrink, ring or brown when over-wetted. We test first, clean gently without stiff brushes, and dry the couch quickly and evenly.
Usually not. Wetting dried urine reactivates it, and the moisture can carry the smell further through the foam, so it seems to spread. It can still be treated with an enzyme process that reaches the padding, with careful moisture control on delicate fabrics. We will tell you honestly on inspection what result to expect.
