Ottoway questions
About an hour for a three-seater and one and a half to two hours for an L-shape, plus drying time of 3 to 6 hours. Pet urine treatment adds 30 to 60 minutes. Larger modulars and delicate fabrics take longer, and we give you a time estimate when you book.
In most homes, yes: 3 to 6 hours is normal. A morning booking gives the couch the whole afternoon to dry, and moving air through the room makes the biggest difference.
Just clear the couch and the floor around it, and make sure we have a power point nearby. We vacuum the couch ourselves before cleaning, so there is no need to do that first.
