Golden Grove questions
Most modern synthetic sectionals are fine with hot water extraction, but some manufacturers specify a particular method on the care label, and a few warranties hinge on it. Have the care tag or paperwork handy when you book and we will work to whatever it requires — including a low-moisture clean if that is what it calls for. We would rather match the label than give you a warranty headache.
By its size — the number of seats and sections, rather than a flat couch rate. A large modular is more fabric to clean than a standard three-seater, so we look at the actual piece and quote the whole thing up front before starting, with no figure creeping up as we go.
