Prospect questions
Yes. We use low-allergen, pet and child-safe cleaning agents and rinse thoroughly with extraction, so there is no sticky residue left in the fabric. That matters most in exactly the households this comes up in — a crawling baby or a dog spends a lot of time face-down on the couch. If anyone at home has particular sensitivities, tell us when you book and we will work around them.
Almost certainly not. Fresh food marks lift easily once we pre-treat and extract, and even a spill a few days old usually comes out. Texta and crayon are more stubborn and depend on the fabric and how long they have set, so we will give you an honest read on inspection rather than promise a miracle. Most of what parents assume is permanent is not.

Yes — it’s one of our most common jobs. We use an enzyme treatment that breaks down the odour at its source rather than masking it with fragrance. Old, repeated accidents can need a second pass; we’ll tell you honestly on inspection.
Yes. Leather gets a different process to fabric — a gentle hand clean and conditioning treatment, no steam. It lifts grime and body oils without drying or cracking the hide.
