Most family couches clean up well. Spills and grime lift with the right pre-treatment, and pet odour gets an enzyme treatment (from $40) that removes the source instead of covering it. The one exception is urine that has soaked deep into the foam over and over; we will tell you before you pay if we think that is the case.
