About an hour for a three-seater and one and a half to two hours for an L-shape, plus drying time of 3 to 6 hours. Pet urine treatment adds 30 to 60 minutes. Larger modulars and delicate fabrics take longer, and we give you a time estimate when you book.
Yes. Big modulars are routine for us. Pricing starts at $180 for an L-shape or sectional and $230 for five seats or more, confirmed when we see it. We pull the modules apart where they separate, clean the hidden sides and the crevices, and put it back together as it was.
In most cases, yes. Food, drink and general grime respond well to pre-treatment and hot water extraction. Pet urine needs an enzyme treatment that breaks the odour down rather than masking it, which is a $40 add-on. If an old accident has gone deep into the foam, we tell you honestly what to expect.
