Yes. We treat pet odour with an enzyme process that breaks the smell down at its source rather than covering it, and the products we use are pet-safe, so once the couch is dry your dog can settle straight back onto it. There is no harsh residue left in the fabric. If the odour is heavy or has built up over a long time it can need a second pass, and we will be upfront about that on inspection.
No, and it is better you know before booking. Cleaning removes dirt, oils and stains, but it cannot put back colour the sun has bleached out of the fibre, which is what causes that one-sided fade on a lounge under a big window. What it can do is remove the general grime that makes the whole piece look tired, which evens out the appearance even though the fade itself remains.
